“विद्या” कामधेनु के समान गुणवाली है अर्थात् जो-जो करें वह पूरी होती है। विद्या सदा सफल देती है अर्थात् सभी फल अपने-अपने समय पर फूलते-फलते हैं परन्तु विद्या सदा फल देती है, परदेश में माता की तरह रक्षिका है, विद्वानों ने विद्या को गुप्त धन कहा है अर्थात् विद्या की थाह भी नहीं है।

The only mission of the Shri Girraj Maharaj College, Mathura is to strive ahead to provide leadership in teaching, research and extension services in the field of science, Management, Commerce and education. The college has identified several short terms and long term goals in teaching research and extension activities with a view to realize the mission statement. The college is guided by a Board of Management, which works unde the Shri Girraj Maharaj educational and charitable society, Mathura, is the policy making body.

The Vision of Shri Maharaj College is based on innovative learning methodologies, constant improvement, cultivation of practical skills and an unwavering of practical to academic quality. We have created a curriculum which is enriching and challenging by its diversity, where students learn to relate and Junction in new ways at the Shri Girraj Maharaj College.
